Catering Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in having Papa's Smokehouse BBQ take care of all your catering needs. Our goal is to provide your guests with excellent food and efficient service. We can cater to all types of events including luncheons, private parties, weddings, special and corporate events, to name a few.

We are members of the KCBS (Kansas City Barbecue Society) and the CBBQA (California Barbecue Association).

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent menu for you to choose from for your catering needs. Our St. Louis Style Ribs, Beef Brisket, Pork and Chicken are smoked for many hours, giving it the excellent flavor and tenderness we are famous for. We offer various sides, including homemade Potato Salad, Green Salad, Coleslaw and Baked Beans. We also offer Fruit, Vegetable, Cheese and Dessert Trays that compliment our menu. We serve buffet-style, with attractive skirted tables that add class and professionalism to your event. Our prices include all paper goods, such as plates, plasticware and napkins. Price per plate varies and is custom-designed to fit your needs, determined by attendance and preference of menu.

We can book your event immediately if the date is open but we encourage you to call us well in advance of your special date as our calendar is very busy. We require a contract which outlines your menu choices and special requests, and a guarantee of a minimum guest attendance. All contracts require a 50% deposit upon signing. Deposit is not refunded if event is canceled 30 days prior to event. References are available upon request.
